Islam came as a guideline to us Muslims to know how to lead a life in which Allah Almighty will be pleased with us.<\/p>\n

To plant the seeps of good deeds everywhere we go and to help one another through our good days and hard days.<\/p>\n

Charity is one of the keys through which Allah teaches us how to be merciful and kind to one another and how to maintain our humanity through all the hardships of life.<\/p>\n

To reach for our brothers in Islam and show them support and compassion.<\/p>\n

Allah Almighty and our Beloved Prophet \ufdfa have told us about the Thawab of ongoing charity \u2013 Sadaqah jariyah \u2013<\/p>\n

Allah Almighty says in His Holy Qur\u2019an\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cYou will never achieve righteousness until you donate some of what you cherish. And whatever you give is certainly well known to Allah.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2013 Surah Ali \u2018Imran \u2013 Verse 92.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpend in the cause of Allah and do not let your own hands throw you into destruction \u02f9by withholding\u02fa. And do good, for Allah certainly loves the good-doers.\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Surah Al-Baqarah \u2013 Verse 195.<\/p>\n

\u201cTell My believing servants to establish prayer and donate from what We have provided for them\u2014openly and secretly\u2014before the arrival of a Day in which there will be no ransom or friendly connections.\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Surah Ibrahim \u2013 Verse 31.<\/p>\n

Our Beloved Prophet also told us about the benefits of the ongoing charity \u2013 Sadaqah Jariyah \u2013 and the great Thawab \u2013 rewords- that blesses his life in this Dunya and the hereafter.<\/p>\n

The Prophet \ufdfa said \u201cWhen a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).\u201d \u2013 Muslim<\/p>\n

Abu Huraira reported Allah\u2019s Messenger as stating that Allah Most High had said,<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you spend, son of Adam, I shall spend on you.\u201d \u2013 Bukhari and Muslim.<\/p>\n

Marthad b. \u2018Abdallah said \u2013 One of the Prophet\u2019s Companions told him that he had heard Him \ufdfa says, \u201cThe believer\u2019s shade on the day of resurrection will be his sadaqa.\u201d \u2013 Ahmad.<\/p>\n

Ongoing Charity is what we give to others whose profits last for a long time and can benefit many people, such as knowledge which is beneficial, a virtuous descendant who prays for him, or Sadaqah Jariyah.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
